Abstract
This presentation takes a quantitative approach to investigating best practices for mobile research as well as findings from key case studies. An experimental design will be employed and will be compared across Canada, United States and the UK. A three cell design will investigate the following three broad areas:
- Compare response rates across different data collection modes (mobile only, online only and mobile or online).
- Compare data comparability between mobile and online surveys
- Develop best practices in survey design for mobile surveys
